(3.8.5) “Game State Act” means an act enacted by a State legislature as part of the general law of this State which regulates the hunting and fishing of game in that State (3.8.6) “Hunter access area” = a designated area on a game state or country club, where a licensed game hunter may have access to the property for the use of hunters and other patrons and where the possession of game by a licensed game hunter is controlled. Such areas may be created at the discretion of a game state or country club. (4) “Landowner” means any person who, directly or indirectly, is occupying, holding, or possessing title to land within the boundaries of the State of Kansas or county. (5) “Nonresident hunter” — A person located outside State boundaries who do not, by virtue of ownership of property, have status as a person domiciled in the State of Kansas. (6) “Nonresident hunters” — A person who has no status as a person domiciled in the State of Kansas but who conducts a Hunt and who is registered as a Nonresident in this state, as a nonresident hunter.
